Account details, the health data you enter or sync, and basic product usage events used to improve the app.
How we use it
To calculate your targets, generate recommendations and show your progress. We do not sell personal data.
AI processing
Coaching requests are processed server-side. Numerical targets are calculated deterministically, not invented by a model.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time, and withdraw consent for optional processing.
Retention
Data is kept while your account is active and removed after deletion, except where the law requires otherwise.
